Yakir Segev
Yakir is the developer in chief. He grows our portfolio of Impact Houses, builds endless strong relationships, and explores creative ways to best support communities.
He is a serial social entrepreneur whose commitment to Israel is unparalleled. Yakir has started various organizations, authored books, and enjoys working in the world of real estate.
If Yakir isn’t at one of our Impact Houses, you can find him jogging, swimming in the Mediterranean, or in Miluim.
Raquel Swartz
Raquel is responsible for designing each Impact House to meet its community and program needs. She also has a ton of fun thinking of ways to further develop the organization.
She is also the founder of Seviva Design, an interior architecture firm with both residential and commercial projects in the US and Israel. Raquel is passionate about integrating sustainability into daily design interactions and loves baking and spending time at the beach.
